| This has been a great Spring for wild flowers and it was a bit disapppointing today
to see so few at the Howardian Nature Reserve. I do not know if this is deliberate or the reserve has to develop more.
But after half an hour of rambling around I stumbled across (what I think was) a field of Marsh orchids - surounded by buttercups -
and a oxeye daisies further off.
