We were a bit concerned seeing this guy in uniform, and a couple of others, looking closely at the car. After a while we decided that James should wander nonchalantly over to it, get something out, and see what happened. It was then that we realised that in 1970 Romania, a Vauxhall Victor (even the 1963 vintage) was a class motor - compared to the average Romanian car this was something to look at!
