We also came across the 'Balkan Tourist' restaurants and had a fantastic meal of steak, rice, onions and chips plus a very sweet coffee. The next night we went to another restaurant in the group and had chicken and chips. This was not so good - Bill complained because his chicken was all skin and bone - the cook turned it over and sent it back! We sent it back again - it was all a bit unfriendly and we decided they probably just didn't like foreigners.
