For various reasons I decided to spend Christmas Day in the Brecon Beacons. I had lunch just below Pen y Fan where it was damp, blowy and quite cold. And Pen y Fan (pictured, sort of) was lost in the cloud. I did meet a brave lady who had just come down from Pen y Fan and seemed to be walking on to somewhere else. I also spoke to a couple who asked if I knew where they could find some waterfalls.
